Working on a drawing for the Verbatim show at Nahcotta. Our word is 'unseen'. The drawing is inspired by the things we don't see living in a city - an unseen view, an unseen person, an unseen story. In drawing each building, there is a story behind its architecture, its inhabitants, its relation to site over time, and how they all intertwine. We live in a city of incredible density and intricacy, yet so much passes our view.
love the detail and the idea behind this. I am sad that I will miss the show opening but I hope to catch it when I get back. will you come to the show?
