moms and babies

This is my first mother's day as a mom! In honor of the mothers that came before me, I thought it would be fun to post four generations of women in my family - my beautiful grandma and mother as a baby (love the wrap! It's so snug and girly, and very much my grandma), and myself and V below. My mom, V, and I are all about the same age in these photos - around 3 months. It's fun to look at these pictures for the similarities and differences in all of our faces.

Happy mother's day to all the moms out there - those of you with children, those of you without but who care for others like your own, and those of you who desire to be mothers but aren't yet. Much love to the moms in my life - my wonderful mother, grandma J, grandma C (miss you!), Jadine, and grandma L! And a big hug and kiss to V - I am so blessed to be your mother.
