In the 5 momths since V was born, I've coined a great many nicknames for her. I am not a huge nickname person and never really known for addressing anyone by a name other than their own. But it dawned on me recently that I call V a lot of names, none of which are her actual name. I hope she doesn't get confused as to which one is a nickname and which one is her real name.
Here are a few of them and their origins, in roughly chronological order:
Honeybunny - she was so cute and little in the hospital
Little One - same as honeybunny
Squirmiss - she started escaping from her swaddles pretty soon after taking her home
Monkeybutt - it just sounds funny
Squirminator - squirming like she was on a mission... to find sarah connor
Squirminator 2 - T-1000 liquid metal level squirming
V-saurus Rex - she makes various dinosaur noises - growls, shrieks, etc.
Noodle - she is a long wiggly baby
Noodle is the most recent and I think it may stick as her nickname.
