This is the first year in recent memory that I spent the 4th of July in Seattle. We made a bonfire on the beach and roasted s'mores. The neighbors on either side of us had a pretty intense (illegal) fireworks battle going on, with displays that were as good as the official fireworks I've seen elsewhere in years past. We could also see all of the fireworks being set off across the sound - it was beautiful! V slept through the whole thing - maybe next year she'll see a firework or two...
So funny we were both in Seattle!! Best weather ever. We had a bonfire too, but yours looks WAY better.
